The program's core objective is to assess the level of implementation of the subject matter in our governance system and structure; over 30 years after the ratification of affirmative action in Beijing, China and the progress made by the governance system of our nation and continent Africa.

At this meeting, actionable and workable strategies will be designed, formulated and exhibited for implementation of the subject matter for the purposes of implementation at various participating states in the meeting. As it affects the male and female gender with specific emphasis on the roles of women, thereby, equipping delegates with needed skills, tools and techniques required for effective and efficient frameworks, methodologies that enhance performance as well as proffer solutions to enhance a gender-balanced society
